Actively participated in application re-architecture and infrastructure modernization. Enabled this unit to pioneer to move to the AWS cloud.
- Development of technical requirements and implementation strategies from Agile user-stories
- Design, development, maintenance, and administration of cutting-edge automated deployment frameworks for seamless software and infrastructure deployments
- Ownership of the release management lifecycle: scheduling, coordinating and the management of releases across Harvard Cloud and Data Center for multiple applications and services
- Maintenance of release repositories, and management of key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists, release scope and/or roadblocks
- Measurement and monitoring of progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time
- Development of scripts and automation tools used to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platform
- Responsible for development/implementation of SLA, cost analysis, and provide overall management of cloud services providers
- Participation in on-call rotation to ensure uptime for critical University applications
- Explanation of complex applications, architectures, and solutions in relatable terms for each audience, to facilitate decision making with regard to context and team, group, and larger business goals and priorities
